Josh’s story unfolds with a delightful and adventurous childhood, marked by a love for sports and fishing. These early years, especially the times spent with his father by the water, were not just filled with fun but also instilled in him a lifelong appreciation for nature. Carrying this joy for life into his college years at Penn State, Josh embarked on an academic journey in Chemical Engineering. It was here, amidst the lively challenges of a demanding program, that he met Zeynep, his future wife, in a while studying for an Organic Chemistry exam. Their shared experiences and mutual support through college led to a lasting partnership, culminating in both graduating with a solid foundation for their future careers and a treasure trove of happy memories.

Diverse and Fulfilling Career Path

Josh's professional life began with an exciting venture into bourbon distillation, where he played a pivotal role in crafting Bulleit Bourbon at the greenfield distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. This experience was not just a job; it was an exploration into the art and science of spirit-making. Transitioning into software implementations in warehouse management, Josh showcased his adaptability and eagerness to embrace new challenges, applying his engineering skills in diverse and exciting ways.

Fun Fact: Josh helped set the first fermentation and placed the first barrels of bourbon in the Lebanon distillery.

Recognizing the opportunities in the vibrant Atlanta real estate market, Josh ventured into a new career as a real estate agent working primarily with investors. This role allowed him to combine his analytical abilities with a personal touch, helping clients navigate the exciting journey of rental property investments.
